Terms of Service

About the service

tangramgame at tangramgame.online provides free online puzzles, free printable samples and paid downloadable puzzle collections. Contact hello@tangramgame.online with questions about these terms or a purchase.

Free play and accounts

Free puzzles and samples do not require an account. Saved boards, times, hints and streaks stay in your browser and are not synchronized through your purchase account. Clearing browser data or changing devices can remove that progress.

Buying a collection and accessing its downloads requires an account. Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in details private. Purchases should be made by an adult or an authorized purchaser. Children should use the activities with appropriate adult guidance. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Prices, payment and included collections

The store describes each collection, its price and currency before checkout. Resource packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout page. Review the final amount and any applicable charges shown there before paying.

The animal collection is a subset of the full collection. An account with an active full-collection purchase cannot buy the animal collection again. Owning only the animal collection does not include the full collection, or automatically create a discount toward a later full-collection purchase.

Digital delivery

No physical goods are shipped. Once payment is confirmed, download the purchased ZIP from the same account's My purchases page. Email verification is not required to purchase. Optional emails and payment receipts do not replace the account download.

Keep access to your account and save a copy of the files. Downloading an existing available order again does not create another charge. An order refers to the product and file version recorded for that order; it does not promise all future products or updates. If payment is processing, wait for confirmation rather than paying again. Contact support with the order reference if a confirmed payment has no working download.

Printable-file license

Unless the product page states otherwise, one purchase permits use by one household or one educator and the students that educator directly teaches. You may print repeatedly within that scope.

Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share download links or distribute the digital files to other households or educators. Keep the included license notices and do not claim the website or files as your own. This license does not give exclusive rights over traditional puzzle shapes or mathematical ideas. Other materials and software retain their respective owners' rights.

Printing and purchase problems

Collections are ZIP archives containing PDF editions. Check the free sample before buying. Choose A4 or US Letter, print at actual size / 100% and use the matching piece-set template identified in the collection. Printer settings and devices can affect the result.

Our Refund Policy explains duplicate charges, missing downloads, damaged files and other purchase problems. A full refund or payment dispute can suspend access to the affected order. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.

Responsible use and availability

Do not access another person's account or files, bypass payment or download controls, introduce harmful code, abuse support or disrupt the service. We may restrict activity necessary to protect accounts, payments and the website. Maintenance or provider interruptions may affect availability; we will work to restore access and address outstanding paid-delivery problems.

Privacy, changes and contact

See our Privacy Policy for account, payment and support information. If these terms change, we will update this page's date. A change does not retroactively reduce the license already supplied with a downloaded purchase or remove rights provided by law.

For account, purchase, printing or privacy help, email hello@tangramgame.online. Include your order reference where relevant; never send a password, full card number or security code.
