Digital delivery

tangramgame sells one-time downloadable puzzle collections, with no physical shipment or subscription. After payment confirmation, use the same account's My purchases page to download the ZIP. Downloading an existing available purchase again does not require another payment.

When to contact us

Email hello@tangramgame.online if the same purchase was charged more than once, a confirmed payment has no accessible download, a file is damaged or incomplete, the product materially differs from its description, or you believe a purchase was made in error.

We will check the order and payment records, help restore access or supply a working file where appropriate, and offer a refund when we cannot provide the purchased product as described. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded. Other requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Downloading a file does not remove rights provided by law.

The full collection already includes the animal puzzles. The shop prevents a new animal purchase when that account owns an active full-collection purchase. If an older checkout, another account or a payment error caused an overlapping purchase, contact us for review rather than buying again.

How to request a refund

Send your order reference, account email, collection name and a short explanation to hello@tangramgame.online. A screenshot or affected-page description can help with file or printing issues. Never send your password, full card number or security code.

We may verify that you own the order. Submitting a request does not automatically issue a refund; we will explain the result and next steps after reviewing it. Approved refunds go through the original payment method. The time to appear depends on Stripe, the payment method and your bank.

Access and your rights

A full refund or payment dispute may revoke or suspend the affected order's downloads. A refund does not permit redistribution of the files. If a payment review restores your entitlement or a refund fails, we will review the access status.

Use the free sample before buying to check the layout, paper size and format. Please read the product description and Terms of Service, and contact us if anything is unclear. This policy does not limit remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
